BigTallKings ships orders to customers worldwide. Shipping availability, delivery costs, taxes, and the final order total are shown before payment at checkout.

Processing Time

Most orders require 2-4 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are usually processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Cost

Orders under $89: $9.99 standard shipping fee.

Orders of $89 or more: free standard shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

For most orders, standard delivery usually takes 7-20 business days after shipment. Delivery time may vary because of destination, carrier availability, customs processing, holidays, and peak-season volume.

Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply to international orders depending on the destination country's rules. These charges are not controlled by BigTallKings and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Problems

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If you notice an address issue after ordering, contact customer service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.
