How long does delivery take?

Most orders require 2-4 business days for processing before shipment. After shipment, standard delivery usually takes 7-20 business days. The estimated total delivery time is usually 9-24 business days, depending on destination, carrier availability, customs processing, holidays, and peak-season volume.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders under $89 have a $9.99 standard shipping fee. Orders of $89 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping costs, taxes, and the final order total are shown before payment at checkout.

Where can I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also visit our Track My Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You may contact us within 30 days after receiving your package to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is caused by a customer reason, such as choosing the wrong size, color, or style, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us first so we can help resolve the issue.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Email service@BigTallKings.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the request. Please wait for our customer service team to confirm your request before sending any item back.

Orders & Sizing

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change your shipping address, size, color, or order details, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.

How do I choose the right size?

Big and tall sizing can fit differently from regular menswear. Please review our Size Guide before ordering, especially for shirts, sets, hoodies, denim, and pants.
