How long does delivery take?

Most orders require 2-4 business days for processing. After shipment, standard delivery usually takes 7-20 business days. Estimated total delivery time is usually 9-24 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders from $0 to $88.99 have an $8.99 standard shipping fee. Orders of $89 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Where can I track my order?

After your order ships, tracking information is sent by email. You can also visit our Track My Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days after receiving your package. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.

Who pays for return shipping?

For customer-requested returns, such as choosing the wrong size, color, or style, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us first.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Email service@bigtallkings.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. Wait for confirmation before sending an item back.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.
