BigTallKings Google API Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BigTallKings Social Publisher (the "Application"), a private internal tool operated by BigTallKings, accesses, uses, stores, shares, and deletes data received from Google APIs. The Application is restricted to authorized BigTallKings employees and contractors and is not offered to store customers or the general public.

Google data the Application may access

Depending on the functions authorized by an internal user, the Application may access:

Google account identifiers and basic account information needed to authenticate an authorized user;
OAuth authorization information, including access tokens, refresh tokens, granted scopes, and token expiration information;
Google Ads customer and account identifiers, campaign and ad-group settings, budgets, bidding settings, targeting, keywords, search terms, ads, assets, recommendations, Shopping product performance, impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, conversion value, and related reporting data;
YouTube channel, video, playlist, publishing-status, and related account information needed to read, upload, publish, or manage official BigTallKings content.

How Google data is used

Google data is used only to:

authenticate authorized BigTallKings personnel;
retrieve and display internal marketing reports;
measure campaign performance, ROAS, contribution profitability, budget pacing, and conversion-tracking health;
support keyword planning and reviewed Google Ads campaign changes;
upload, publish, and manage official BigTallKings YouTube content;
maintain security, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens, configuration information, and operational records may be stored in access-controlled systems used by BigTallKings. Google reporting data may be temporarily cached or included in internal reports when necessary for the functions described above. BigTallKings uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect this information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Sharing and transfer

BigTallKings does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not used for unrelated advertising, consumer profiling, or determining eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other high-impact services. Data may be processed by infrastructure or service providers acting on behalf of BigTallKings only as necessary to operate and secure the Application, or disclosed when required by law. It is not shared with independent third parties for their own purposes.

Human access

Human access to Google user data is limited to authorized BigTallKings personnel and contractors who need access to operate the Application, carry out an authorized marketing task, investigate security or technical issues, comply with law, or respond to a request from the account owner.

Retention and deletion

OAuth tokens are retained only while the applicable connection remains authorized and needed for the Application. Operational data and reports are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, security, audit, or legal obligations. Access is removed when it is no longer required.

An authorized user may revoke Google access at any time through Google Account permissions. Requests to disconnect an account or delete Google data held by BigTallKings may be sent to service@bigtallkings.com. We will verify the requester's authority before acting on a deletion request.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Store customers

The Application does not request access to store customers' Google accounts. BigTallKings customer and ecommerce privacy practices are described separately in the store's general Privacy Policy.

Changes to this policy

BigTallKings may update this policy when the Application, its Google API permissions, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
